How did I do it? A combination of many things. First, I read The Hackers Diet. I learned a great deal from it. I gave up caffiene. A few weeks later I gave up pop. I've since decided to have diet pop on occasion.

Most of the time my desktop is cluttered up like you wouldn't believe. This is usually because I'm throwing all available resources against a problem, such as a new web page, or some other project.
I've recently pulled out everything I had, so that I could start over from scratch. I'm still mulling over the wisdom of this move, and why I did it.
My philosophy is to try to be honest about everything, with everyone, especially myself. These pages are no great masterpiece, but they do serve to mark my place in the world.
