Amazing weight loss!

I'm losing weight.

Before - July 27, 1995
Current - October 7, 1997

Here is the chart showing my progress to date.

How did I do it? A combination of many things. First, I read The Hackers Diet. I learned a great deal from it. I gave up caffiene. A few weeks later I gave up pop. I've since decided to have diet pop on occasion.
